BIOGRAPHY : Valentine Whittaker AKA "Dubwise Val" or "Steely" born in Montego Bay , Jamaica began to experience his love for the entertainment business at age 18 after leaving high school and becoming a guitarist for a local band in Linstead Ja.Throughout the 70's having worked with such artists like Dennis Brown,Heptones,Freddie McKay, Horace Andy, John Holt,Eric Donaldson,Culture,and more, saw the writing on the wall to branch out to writing and producing.Now living in Atlanta Ga.has turned another page with a new gig by becoming one of Caribvoiceradio's formidable Disc Jockeys... Val is joined on his show by his "News In The Raw" correspondent Systah Pea for a five minute update commentary on what is going on in his homeland of Jamaica.
