As the Founder and Training Director of Mindz in Motion, she aims to educate and empower individuals and groups to create both personal and business success. The results of her training are life changing, enabling organisations and individuals to perform at their maximum ability with increased satisfaction. Her style of training is direct, informative, inspiring and participative.
