Caribbean Voice Radio Inc., is dedicated to serving the needs of the Caribbean community in the region and abroad. From time to time we receive request from community organizations and other groups to sponsor events. We do "In Kind Sponsorship" and where we feel strongly about an event we will also lend financial assistance. As a growing station we found that "In Kind Sponsorship" has been very fruitful for the organization served and our radio station. NAME OF YOUR ORGANIZATION - If you are a not-for-profit organization you will have to submit your registration number
YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION - Your contact information is essential, ensure that the contact person name, address, telephone numbers, website address, email and fax information is in the email.
EVENT DETAILS (CRITICAL INFORMATION)Tell us the title of the event, location or territory and venue of the event, start date, term of event agreement and timeline for a response from us.
EVENT HISTORY - Tell us how long you have been having this event and have we ever sponsored this event.
EVENT CATEGORY - Is your event national, arts & culture, corp etc, be specific.
DEMOGRAPHICS/Events attendees targeted - Gender, age, audience type and average income per year per person
HOW DO WE BENEFIT FROM SPONSORSHIP? - This is a critical feature of sponsorship, will we receive for example: website advertising, direct email promotion, appear in brochure/Magazine, other print, multimedia, signage, VIP/Hospitality, Booth/display area, or other type of benefit, be specific with this information.
